What is your style? It is your identity and as people, we grow and evolve! But our wardrobes sometimes struggle to keep up with us. This service will uncover who you are and how fashion can help you to feel your best by enhancing your best features!

Incorporating an element of style therapy, this service can help build a new foundation or be used as a style refresher, ensuring that your identity evolves with you as an individual. Style is deeper than just the clothes you choose to wear and in this session we will delve in to the deeper desires you would like fashion to help you achieve, insecurities you wish to address and achieve a boost style confidence.

You will receive a one-to-one style therapy session, exploring previous style stories, who you are now and how you have come to the realisation that it is time to invest in your style, and ultimately, in yourself. After which, we will create a Body-shape Analysis card- gone are the days of Apples and Pears! We will talk about body image, how we can use fashion to help you to achieve your goals and to embrace your uniqueness rather than comparing yourself to the unrealistic standards we inevitably are exposed to.

Now, we will explore who you are. What habits have you created when it comes to selecting an outfit (bearing in mind that selecting the wrong outfit can greatly disrupt your day to the point you may not want to leave the house!) Where are you going? How do you feel today? What do you need your clothes to do for you? This way of thinking of the clothes in your wardrobe as tools in a toolbox or ingredients in recipe; how can we make your clothes work with you rather than against you?

Then, identifying how you want your clothes to represent you. What key words would you use to describe your ideal style and how could you adapt it to suit your day to day life and moods?

The overall take away fro this appointment will incorporate all this information along with visual mood boards, inspiring materials and a strategy when it comes to your style along with a boost of self love!
